How GeoSpy Works
Find where a photo was taken in three steps—no EXIF, no GPS, just AI that reads the image.
From upload to location
Step 1: Upload your image
Drag and drop a file or provide an image URL. GeoSpy accepts common formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP). You do not need embedded GPS or camera metadata.
Step 2: AI analyzes pixels and context
Our models look at architecture, vegetation, road markings, signage, skyline, and other visual cues. This is image geolocation—location inferred from what the camera saw, not from hidden data.
Step 3: Review coordinates and map
You get a predicted location with a confidence score, coordinates, and map context. Accuracy ranges from meter-level when the scene is distinctive to broader regions for ambiguous images.
