This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the permitted and prohibited uses of GeoSpy’s AI image geolocation platform, website, API, and related services (the “Services”) offered by Graylark Technologies Inc. (“GeoSpy,” “we,” or “us”). This AUP is part of our Terms and Conditions. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access and possible legal action.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. Typical permitted uses include:

  • Law enforcement and government investigations conducted in accordance with applicable law.
  • Enterprise security, risk assessment, and compliance workflows.
  • Insurance verification, claims validation, and fraud prevention.

2. Prohibited Uses

  • Infringe rights: Infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties. You must have appropriate rights or consent for any images or data you submit.
  • Abuse or overload systems: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or any network; run automated scripts or scrapers in violation of our terms or without permission; or overload or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Misrepresent: Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation or authorization to use the Services on behalf of another.
  • Resell or redistribute improperly: Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services (or access) except as expressly permitted in a written agreement with us.
  • Circumvent safeguards: Bypass or attempt to bypass any usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

3. Content and Data

You must not submit content (including images) that:

  • Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way.
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activity.
  • Constitutes hate speech or targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics in a harmful manner.
  • You do not have the right to use or that violates any third party’s rights or applicable law.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report to authorities as required by law or our policies.

4. Compliance and Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including those relating to surveillance, data protection (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and export control. Certain uses (e.g., by government or law enforcement) may require specific legal authority or internal policies; you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining such authority and for the legality of your use.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP, our Terms, and applicable law. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may also update this AUP from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
